Nazarbayev University School of Medicine conducted Biomedical Research Open Day
On May 26, 2022, in Nur-Sultan, the Biomedical Research Open Day was organized by Nazarbayev University School of Medicine under the aegis of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Biomedical Research Open Day’s aim was to encourage partnerships and interactions in biomedical and clinical research. Professors from the NU School of Medicine were delighted to present their research projects and shared best practices with colleagues from all Kazakhstani medical universities. Moreover, discussion breakout sessions were held between NU faculty and participants based on broad case studies, such as:
- Population Health
- Infectious diseases
- Clinical Research and clinical trials
- Cancer biology
- Inflammation and immunity
