Dear Students,
A warm welcome from the School of Medicine at Nazarbayev University where we have already obtained distinctions in each mission areas – science, education and clinical care together with our Academic Medical Center and international partners.
Due to the current epidemiological situation in Kazakhstan and with the aim to follow safety requirements, this year the Orientation Week will be conducted largely on-line (with the exemption of the MD program requiring in-person attendance).
During this Orientation week, you will be receiving useful information from the School and various departments of the University.

Students are required to participate in all sessions (zoom or in-person) for their School and program/major. Failure to attend the Orientation sessions will lead to cancellation of the admission offer. Please visit the Orientation web page for detailed information.
To participate in the Zoom sessions please download and install the program, register to the sessions following the links indicated in the UG/Graduate/PhD Orientation Week schedule. To register, students must use their NU email when logging into these Zoom meetings.
To attend the in-person Orientation sessions of the MD program, you must declare your vaccination status by sending your egov passport or vaccination certificate by email to bauyrzhan.seitbayev@nu.edu.kz no later than August 2, 2021.
